Field Service Director manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Director oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. The Field Director Compliance will report to the Senior Director Field Compliance. This position is responsible for traveling to division programs to perform comprehensive compliance audits. Performs and documents internal investigations and audits of the hospice division programs. This role will also inform upline management of trends and makes recommendations for improved patient outcomes and mitigation of risk to the Company.
