Field Service Director manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Director oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Director develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. STOP Restoration of Winston Salem is a property restoration group serving the Triad area. We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our marketing department.
The marketing representative is responsible for route marketing to maintain existing contacts and develop new spheres of influence. This position interacts daily with numerous contacts. Professionalism in speech and dress are a must. We are looking for an enthusiastic, people person who can relate to a wide range of situations and personality types.
Keys to success in this role are following our proven program to develop contacts, an inquisitive nature to seek out new opportunities and genuinely enjoying getting to know new people and finding commonalities with them. Creativity as well as a focused mindset are required.
Developing these relationships is key to the success of the position.
Daily reports are required to help stay on track with objectives and requirements of the position. Some after hours events will be required however working hours will primarily be between 9-5 M-F.
