Job Description
We are looking for an adaptable Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support to our customers. In this role, you will drive successful on-site service of our unified mass notification systems to improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This role requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily when not in the field.
