Field Service Engineer provides on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment. Being a Field Service Engineer identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. Orders and replaces parts as needed. Additionally, Field Service Engineer develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Answers basic customer questions about product features. May provide some customer training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Field Service Engineer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working as a Project /Field Engineer with maintenance building experience at a construction site.

- An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
- Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Phoenix, AZ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
- Performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.
- Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
- Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments.Being able to communicate with subs and vendors and being able to identify and help solve any discrepancies.
- Knowledge of Submittal/RFI/Change process/Purchase Orders.
- Willing to wear a hard hat, boots and safety glasses (PPE) for field coordination/craft communication and daily field walks.
- Willing to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment.
