Field Service Engineer jobs in New Brunswick, NJ

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Instrument Installation (including IQ/OQ), Planned Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Repairing (on-site and off-site) and operation training for the customer.
• Respond to the customer’s requirements in a timely manner.
• Filed the service activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Sales / FAS team for business operations, basic instrument training and problem solving.
• Work with the production team and R&D, connect and coordinate issues between departments, participate in discussions, facilitate negotiation, and provide resolution of instrument-related issues.
• Capable of editing and providing service manuals prior to new product launches, as well as editing and providing service technical bulletins and FAQs as required.
• Regular customer visits to understand customer needs and provide value-added services to solve customer problems.
• Establish and maintain the company's brand and image, and implement corporate culture.

 Background Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering, Biomedical engineering, or related majors. (Biology, Chemistry, Genetics, etc. who are interested in repairing the instruments are also welcome)
• More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to adapt to frequent business trips and love the challenges brought by work.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills, proactive, strong self-learning willingness.
• Experience in automated liquid handler equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer operation.
• Candidates bilingual in Chinese and English are preferred.
