A day in the life :
This is a high travel role (80% travel), where you can expect to be on the road Monday through Friday at various locations throughout the US, and at times, Germany.
You will be responsible for installation, testing, maintaining, repairing, and training on products at customer sites. You will perform final machine acceptance inspections to machine shipments to verify that the equipment meets a customer's needs.
You will provide updates and modifications to the machinery and train customers on the use and maintenance of the equipment.
Occasionally, you will be asked to act as a site-manager, directing the workload and tasks of other field technicians, and assembly and engineering personnel, while coordinating with the customer and other contract / OEM site personnel.
