Being a Field Service Engineer identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. Orders and replaces parts as needed. Additionally, Field Service Engineer develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned pool technicians. This position will ensure that all assigned work is performed in a safe, timely, effective, and efficient manner by implementing E-Konomy processes. The incumbent is tasked with coaching, training and resolving issues as well as serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
