Field Service Manager manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Manager oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Manager develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Purpose:
The Regional Field Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the region’s field services business. Field services is defined as all services for performed for customers that do not run through our traditional branch network. These services include (but are not limited to) lab packaging, industrial cleaning/ tank cleaning, facility decontamination, facility closures, hazardous waste transportation and disposal, bulk waste transportation and disposal. This position will be responsible for meeting end of period quota goals and drive growth through servicing existing customers, and a network of approved contractors through our Branch Sales Managers and Branch Managers. The Regional Field Service Manager will ensure compliance with health and safety performance and regulatory laws in the performance of their projects, as well as ensuring all projects are performed to the standard and satisfaction of our customers.
