We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate with the safety team for orientation and onboarding purposes.
- Ensure the business licensing is up to date, completing renewal processes as necessary.

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data collection is in compliance with privacy laws

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation
