Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
- Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Upsell additional services or repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, service writing, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills for record keeping and invoicing purposes

Pay: $31,200.00 - $57,086.55 per year
