Field Service Manager manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Manager oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Manager develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Field Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Field Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Perdido Beach Service is hiring seasonal Beach Service Field Auditors. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review and confirm the accuracy of rental charts
- Speak with customers and onsite property management about their service and promptly handle and issues with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
- Review current day rental charts and balance revenues received
- Check beach for cleanliness and perfect equipment setup
- Ensure staff is compliant with uniform and duty requirements
- Speak with onsite management and address any issues
- Assist beach managers with evening check-in at office
