Reports to: Field Service Management Team
Required Education:
Minimum: High school diploma.
Preferred: Associate degree OR some college, trade school, or applicable certifications completed.
Required Experience:
2 to 3 years of applicable experience in construction, manufacturing, or other heavy industries.
Preferred: Expansion joint experience, experience with power generation or petrochemical industries.
Minimum of 2 years supervision / management experience in heavy industrial setting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet project deliverables.
High mechanical aptitude.
Required Certification/Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint);. Professional skills: time management, professional correspondence, and customer communication (phone and e-mail) are required.

Purpose of the Position:
As part of the Field Service team, manage production employees to manufacture fabric expansion joint components, coordinate tooling, and arrange logistics to support on-site service projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Attend weekly manufacturing meetings to manage projects through production
· Update and maintain ship dates in the production schedule as project requirements change
· Receive all materials for fabric and field service-related projects and check accuracy to purchase documents
· Manage inventory of all raw materials related to FS product production including maintaining appropriate stock of each item.
· Manage inventory of field service tools, equipment, and toolboxes
· Create packing lists and coordinate shipping of expansion joint products and field service tools and toolboxes as required
· Develop standard manufacturing processes and train direct employees regarding each process and the quality expectations accordingly.
· Follows the safety policies and procedures of Badger Industries and customer sites
· Other duties assigned by Field Service Management
Physical Requirements:
· Able to lift 50 lbs. of weight on a regular basis
· Valid driver’s license, operation of company vehicles required
· Drug screen and background check required prior to employment
