Field Service Manager manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Manager oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Manager develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Assistant Facilities Manager, under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, is responsible for supervising and managing the Maintenance and Housekeeping (Porter) functions of Commonpoint Queens Sites and related facilities and ensuring that the buildings & grounds are maintained to the highest standard. The specific responsibilities of this full-time exempt position include:
I. Maintenance
III. Administration
B.. Maintain records
C. Purchase supplies, equipment, etc.
D. Overall responsibility for Center coverage when assigned
E. Assist in the preparation of annual performance evaluations for all Maintenance and Porter staff
F. Assist in maintaining a dashboard and ticketing system
IV. Agency Responsibilities
A. Participation in staff meetings and staff training sessions
B. Regular supervisory conferences with Director of Facilities
C. Annual job performance evaluation by Director of Facilities
D. Perform any other tasks that are required as determined by the Director of Facilities
The Assistant Facilities Manager is required to be organized, hardworking, conscientious and personable and must always be a positive representative of the Agency to the community. It should be recognized that the Assistant Facilities Manager will be required to work at night or on occasion on the weekends. It should also be recognized that this job description may change, based on the needs of the agency.
