Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. provides on-site support and technical assistance with various electro-mechanical products, equipment, and systems. Troubleshoots malfunctions by reworking, repairing, or modifying non-conforming parts and assemblies within equipment. Being an Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. installs new equipment or upgrades and provides routine maintenance to ensure function and uptime. Performs trial runs of machinery to test quality and performance rates and trains users on operation and maintenance. Additionally, Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Currently we are seeking a candidate to join our United States Temporary Power team as a Field Customer Service Representative. This position requires travel to construction sites.
SUMMARY:
This position coordinates onsite temporary power installation from initial quoting through installation by providing technical expertise to estimate time and materials, provide site layout and design, and remain a point of contact for production crews and the superintendent throughout the completion of the job.
