Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. jobs in Great Falls, MT

Electromechanical Assembler needed to staff our client in Kalispell, MT for an 18 month contract that has a good possibility of going permanent .

They are the leading suppliers of ion implantation equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductor chips in the world.

Shifts are :

First Shift : 5 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm Monday through Thursday

Second Shift : 4 : 15 pm to 2 : 15 am Monday through Thursday (12.5% differential per hour)

Fourth shift : 6 am to 6 : 30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (11% differential per hour)

What You Need to Bring to the Table :

• 0 to 2 years of non-semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Military and Auto Mechanics are great fits for this role.
• Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts / components and / or electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• Vacuum experience is a plus.
• Semiconductor experience is a plus.

What You Will Do :

Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts / components and / or electrical / electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.

• Perform a wide variety of routine and non-routine electrical / mechanical assembly operations including installation of power distribution cables, harnesses.
• Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, sketches, and written and / or verbal instructions to build electro-mechanical and or pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Complete rework on assemblies and / or systems because of testing.
• Semi-Conductor experience is a plus.
• Responsibility for maintaining timely accurate records and logs.
