Title: Field Service Representative - Temporary
Duration: Expected to last to end of 2023.
Overview of position:
Position operates in an assigned territory with primary duties to manage and maintain proper signage and display integrity in order to enhance sales in various customer locations.
*Travel to assigned locations to manage and maintain proper signage to ensure display integrity
*Manage signage inventory levels and make adjustments as required
*Replace store displays as assigned
*Balance daily territory activities
*Dust and clean store displays as needed
*Submit daily and/or weekly reports, which include but not limited to: expenses, customer surveys, timesheets and recording drive time
*Notify management of problems and suggest corrective actions.
*Attend any training activities as required.
*Build strong rapport with members of the assigned stores
*Initiate professional visit execution in accordance with guidelines
*Comply with all Customer and AMS policies and procedures
*Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
*Must possess a properly working smart phone and utilize AMS software to track work completion, including photo verification – AMS will provide a cell phone reimbursement
*Travel required which may include overnight stays
*Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required
*Must be flexible with work schedule and route changes based on business needs
*Must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient
*Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required
*Required to lift up to 50lbs, this may include lifting weight above shoulders as needed
*Frequent standing, bending and twisting required
*Proof of valid driver’s license and auto insurance required (must meet company’s minimum requirements)
*1 year of prior maintenance and/or merchandising experience preferred
*1 year of field customer service experience preferred
*Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors
*HS diploma or equivalent required
