Appliance Customer Service Rep

• 
  Serve customers within a faith-based company committed to glorifying God and positively impacting lives
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, & fulfill requests
• Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person
• Provide support and information on products & services
• Collect & enter orders for new or additional products or services
• Field customer questions & complaints by directing them to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
• Maintain customer accounts and record details of customer interactions
• Work full-time hours that include 1-2 Saturdays per month and one evening per week

Martin Appliance is looking for a full-time Appliance Customer Service Rep to serve customers and build relationships with our manufacturers & co-workers. We offer a variety of appliances & brands from GE to Frigidaire. Our mission is to glorify Christ by positively impacting the lives of those we serve while being faithful stewards of all things entrusted to us.

Our Ideal Appliance Customer Service Rep:

• Experienced: 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred; knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.
• Active: Able to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Able to build a good client relationship and trust by listening & providing exceptional service.
• Professional: Your appearance, words, & actions need to be respectful, presentable, and thoughtful as a company representative.
• Customer Service Focused: Ready to serve our customers reasonably, graciously, and friendly. Able to address customer concerns in a way that builds loyalty.
• Problem-Solver: Able to identify customer problems and present reasonable solutions by researching, making calls, & performing the legwork needed to resolve their issue.
