This is a labor-intensive position focused on the installation of tarps on outdoor stockpiles. Starting pay is $20/hour with opportunities for consistent growth in pay and responsibilities, with reliable employees receiving substantial raises and bonuses twice-yearly. Pay range for this position is $20-40/hour. Employees who display longevity and a team-oriented work ethic are highly rewarded. Employees are paid for all travel time expenses while on the road including meals and hotel accommodations. Employees will be working as part of a small crew of 4-5 people. Crews travel to locations where they install tarps to secure stockpiles of industrial materials. Benefits such as 401k, annual profit sharing, and health insurance are offered. No experience required, will train the right candidate. Consistent attendance, reliable transportation, ability to follow directions and safety protocols, and a hard-working mentality are a must for this position and are generously rewarded. Candidates must be able to work on the road for several days at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Lifting, moving, and installing large tarps
• Sewing tarps together with hand-held sewing machines
• Installing weighted bags to secure tarps
• Closely following directions from supervisors

Requirements:

• English fluency
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
• No experience/education required
• Solid communication/scheduling skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions, and build positive relationships
• Desire/comfortability with travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
