Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of washing tasks to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of various exterior surfaces and structures. Base pay starts at $20 per hour with competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Perform soft washing and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
-Working outside.
-Clean and maintain equipment and tools used for washing.
-Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
-Maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in power washing, soft washing or related field preferred.
-Ability to climb ladders and work in height conditions.
-Ability to keep up with physical demand of work. (lifting ladders)
-Ability to work an occasional weekend.
-Ability to operate power washing equipment safely and effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
-Basic knowledge in using technology like cell phones, tablets and or laptops.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
