Installs new products or enhances existing ones and may provide training and best practices for on-site personnel. Being a Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment determines when products should be replaced and recommends and plans upgrades. Identifies and troubleshoots malfunctions and conducts or schedules repairs. Additionally, Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. As a CSR/Receptionist at Marina Bay Animal Hospital, you will: greet clients with “wow” service; manage a multiple phone system, schedule appointments; enter client and patient data into the practice-management software (Cornerstone); admit and discharge patients; generate invoices and review with clients; process payments; prepare and maintain medical records; maintain order and cleanliness in lobby and reception areas.
Upon review of resumes, qualified candidates will be contacted for a telephone interview. Following a positive, upbeat, and productive telephone interview, an in-person or virtual interview will be scheduled to further discuss the position.
