WTC Field Supervisor

Wright Traffic Control is signatory to local labor unions. The WTC Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of the field staff. The field supervisor reports to the unit Operations/Area Manager and/or the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Travels in a company assigned vehicle to various locations and conducts site safety audits; report any issues to the unit Operations/Area Manager
• Verify that all safety procedures are followed in accordance with ATSSA/WTC standards.
• Ensure all PPE requirements are in place and properly worn.
• Verify all appropriate equipment is available.
• Assist in taking calls from both flaggers and clients.
• Verify all company vehicles rules and procedures are followed.
• Complete/submit reports as required.
• Identify performance and coaching opportunities.
• Clearly verbalize expectations to those is the field and hold them accountable.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and maintain throughout employment.
• Must have and maintain a negative drug test result throughout employment.
• Professionally communicate with team members and clients
• Able to work flexible hours Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to respond to emergency calls.
