Roofing Estimator

What You Will Be Doing

• Help getting new accounts using leads, door-to-door, or word-of-mouth

• Assist customers throughout the entire insurance claims process as well as repairs process.

• Understanding the client's wants and needs to get them the best service

• Follow-up on helping clients and getting recommendations

• Review all contracts and quotes. Review with the Managers for final approval

• Write up work orders completely and in a concise and timely manner

• Prepare materials work orders for jobs as well as job supervision.

• Maintain and grow ongoing business relationships through direct and frequent communication.

• Initiating & developing new contacts and clients in all markets

• Develop good working relationships with current clients to ensure full quality and satisfaction.

• Travel in areas that were recently affected by storms

What You Need for this Position

• Sales experience a plus, but not necessary

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and with minimal management

• Strong time management and organization skills

• Physically able to canvass areas affected by storms, climb on roofs and ladders, and communicate with new opportunities

• Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills

• Able to work evenings and Saturdays

• Ability to travel

• Have own transportation a plus

Job is 100% commissioned base with unlimited income!! You can easily make 10,000 dollars a month!!
