Job Title: District Supervisor – Central Region
Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 (based on qualifications)

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the Field Service team and overseeing the deployment and utilization of the group working with the help/dispatch desk. This position is also responsible for working within the organization, develop and maintain customer relationships and actively pursue contract and training opportunities.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Responsible for total customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of Domino equipment issues
• Responsible for annual revenue and profitability target, as mutually agreed upon and within the scope of the entire Field Service group.
• Manage expenses within budgetary guidelines and company expectations.
• Manage and supervise the Field Service team.
• Provide monthly reporting that accurately depicts the team performance against objectives.
• Provide effective guidance to field technicians and customers via telephone or other means of correspondence.
• Manage customer issues as a point of escalation ensuring root cause is obtained and resolved quickly and the satisfaction of the customer.
• Audit Field Technician activity, verify that all repair, installation and maintenance activity is performed in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support the management of installation to ensure that these are executed efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate service to customer base to ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate response against the customer pyramid
• Provide effective support to the sales team to ensure effective communication between the field service and sales teams. Align service objectives to support sales growth.
• Manage assigned company assets (company assigned tools, field inventory, car) of the field service team.
• Review and analyze performance and implement corrective action where necessary
• Complete and conduct performance appraisals for all assigned personnel
• Ensure that assigned personnel complete and submit all required paperwork and reports accurately and on time

Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees the daily workflow of the department employees

What You Need

Education & Experience

• Military E5 or above or Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience in a people management role
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Experience with frequent travel

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary

Physical Demands

• Medium work. Medium work involves exserting no more than 50 pounds of force at a time, with frequent exertion of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required. Physical demand requirements are more than those for Light Work.
