You would be based in our Houma, LA. office. Your primary responsibilities would include supervising field work in the collections and/or treatment systems installations, upgrades, refurbishments and/or, major repairs of all new and existing equipment/systems located throughout South Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, ensuring crews execute tasks aligning with management directives, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
- Manage and assess performance of personnel, equipment, and subcontractors, enforcing company standards and initiating improvement measures as needed.
- Proactively plan equipment needs and crew tasks, maintaining operational readiness and adherence to schedules.
- Uphold safety and environmental protocols, promptly addressing and reporting any concerns or violations.
- Document operational details accurately, providing thorough reports and service receipts to support teams.
- Foster a proactive and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Stay informed of relevant regulations, seeking additional business opportunities and contributing to project expansion.
- Facilitate job processing, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize job completion and client satisfaction.
- Ensure project financials are within target, managing change orders, and overseeing invoicing.
