JOB SUMMARY

The Specialties Field Supervisor is instrumental in upholding the quality and efficiency of on-site operations. This hands-on role requires precise measuring skills, a strong presence in the field representing our brand, and the ability to conduct minor repairs and adjustments on-site. Effective communication is essential as this role acts as a bridge between the field operations and the internal teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in project execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Execute accurate on-site measurements for project preparations.
• Serve as the company's on-site representative, upholding professionalism.
• Handle direct client interactions, addressing needs and relaying information.
• Perform on-the-spot minor repairs and adjustments to ensure project continuity.
• Document field activities, including measurements and client specifications.
• Report detailed field insights to internal teams for informed strategizing.
• Contribute to field staff development by sharing expertise and hands-on guidance.
• Maintain updated product and installation knowledge.
• Resolve client issues on-site, adhering to service excellence standards.
• Comply with safety regulations during on-site engagements.
• Respect and uphold standards of confidentiality and professionalism within the workspace.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this ob successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field role within construction or home improvement
