Field Service Supervisor oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. Being a Field Service Supervisor responsibilities also include maintaining offices and facilities including ensuring inventory is fully stocked. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Field Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. This exceptional company is seeking a Field Service Technician to work with their exciting clientele and help maintain the company's ongoing success.
In this position you will meet with a diverse range of clients and be the face of the company, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and installation for the company’s full range of specialist products.
Additionally, you will train customers on the products to ensure they are operating at optimal performance.
This position is ideal for someone seeking specialized training on innovative technologies where you can increase your earnings through overtime and a great company package.
- The Role : Travelling to customers locally and across the US
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain market leading products equipment supplied to a number of Blue Chip companies
- Train customers on how to operate the equipment
- Overtime, per diem pay, company van, specialist training and healthcare
- The Person : Field Service Technician with Electromechanical Experience
- Experience with PLCs (Training provided)
- US Citizen
- Open to travel (roughly 80% of the time)
- Drivers License & Valid Passport
