Field Service Supervisor oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. Being a Field Service Supervisor responsibilities also include maintaining offices and facilities including ensuring inventory is fully stocked. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Field Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Must be an Individual with a high school diploma/GED may substitute one year of full time employment in a supervisory capacity or 1 year in a health care facility or agency. Must have good command of English language both written and oral. Must be self-motivated in work performance. Will train. Knowledgeable with department of Aged and disabilities (DADS) regulations as well as managed care organizations. General office skills, computer skills, telephone and public relations.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
Must have transportation that is dependable and available.
Must have appropriate car insurance and current driver’s license
Must wear seatbelt at all times when operating a motor vehicle during working hours
Must follow agency dress code appropriate to position
Responsible to the Program Director and PHC nurse supervisor.
