Description:

This position is located in Lafayette, IN as a Construction Superintendent. Our client is looking to bring on a construction superintendent in or near Lafayette to build their local operations in the area. They have a very strong relationship with TSC and have a $20 million project set to start later this year and will last for 2 years. They already have more business behind this project as well. This project will consist of additions and renovations and is a CMC project so 20% will be self-performed work most likely being some demo, concrete & masonry, rough carpentry, and doors. The goal is to have this superintendent fully acclimated to their business and ready to take over the relationship with the client and maintain great standing with the TSC . Other requirements below:

• Create the schedule with the Project manager
• Oversee site Safety
• Create, Maintain, and/or review all Documentation
• Project oversight & quality control
• Communicate with trades, subcontractors, clients, and owners

Ideal Qualifications:

• 10 years of Commercial Construction
• 5 years as Lead superintendent on Ground up projects
• Experience with projects of $10 million
• Located in or around Lafayette, IN (anchor to build new team for work in the area)
• Experience working and communicating with clients, client facing roles
• Experience with construction software such as Procore or others
• Experience creating construction schedule
