The Superintendent, (Site Manager) provides guidance and support to the field team, assisting on and ensuring a safe worksite on our high-end, custom, luxury projects.

Duties may include:

• Scheduling
• Quality Control
• Shop Drawings
• Cost Control
• Client Satisfaction
• Job Site Management
• Trade Coordination
• Team Management
• Safety

Job Requirements:

Successful individuals possess the following attributes:

• Construction experience and/or degree in Construction Management or related degree
• 5 years experience in site management
• Custom home experience or production home building a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Proven computer skills and experience in Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting / database programs is helpful
• Time management skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
