Field Superintendent - Construction jobs in Salisbury, NC

Job Overview:
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and the ability to effectively communicate.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and as built drawings
- Monitor project budgets and expenses in coordination with the project manager
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in construction software such as Bluebeam and ProCore.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
