Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring multiple File Clerks in Downers Grove, IL. The File Clerk is an office professional responsible for gathering, reviewing, and preparing important documents and records.

File Clerk Responsibilities :

• Responsible for gathering documents from the appointed office site and completing document preparation for employee records
• Review Employee Records to create employment packet
• Efficiently scan documents and maintain appropriate records
• Load packets into the Document Management System and ensure all files are organized
• Working with team members to devise the best solutions to effectively complete each assignment daily
• Other assigned responsibilities pertaining to the position as needed

File Clerk Requirements :

• Must have an associates degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in an office setting
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Must have an Illinois Drivers license
• Must be able to work in office M-F
• Experience with scanning documents and working within an office setting
