We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a File Clerk. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical, ensuring efficient record-keeping and retrieval. This is an administrative role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Sort, categorize, and file documents according to established filing systems
- Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage
- Create and update file indexes or databases
- Retrieve files upon request and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in the disposal or archiving of outdated records
- Perform routine file maintenance, such as purging or reorganizing files
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with office management tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
