DETAILS
Full-time, regular position. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (based on 8 hours per day/40 hours per week), benefit eligible. There might be a variation to work hours and days to support the department and County needs.
Starting salary is $41,255.70 annually (DOE) with excellent benefits (benefit information below).

Minimum Qualifications for consideration: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Education/Training - High school graduation or equivalent, supplemented by up to two (2) years previous experience in administration support work, prefer experience in automated records environment to include the receipt, processing, storage, and retrieval of records and use of technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, preferably in a legal setting.
Experience - Utilizing electronic records retention.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail orientated, who can learn, read, interpret, and apply principles and procedures with filing and record keeping. Has the ability to apply exercise judgement, initiate, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality of highly sensitive/confidential information. Can operate computerized office equipment and have knowledge of office software, such as Word, Excel, Case Management software, Dropbox, and Outlook preferred. Strong communication and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and the public as required. Excellent customer service and business etiquette skills are mandatory.
