Summary: Performs clerical support and filing duties for the EVS department. Assists the department administrative assistant with duties as assigned by department management.


Essential Functions:

• Responsible for ensuring all departmental paperwork is properly filed in a timely manner
• Ensures proper paperwork is pulled and provided to department management, when requested
• Quickly and accurately inputs departmental data into appropriate computer programs
• Organizes daily EVS paperwork and puts together packets, as needed
• Assists with lost and found, including retrieving items, returning guest calls, returning items to owner or finder, and other clerical duties within lost and found
• Assists the department administrative assistant with clerical duties, as assigned by management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience in same or similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to provide legible written communication
