Being a File Clerk may be responsible for performing related clerical duties. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, File Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The File Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. This position will be focused on working with Accounts Payable processing and assist with Election operations for the County. The position will also assist with all areas of work in the office and handle customers in person and on the phone. Good customer service skills are essential. Computer and accounting skills are a plus. Candidates need to be productive, fast learners, and be able to multi-task. This position will be part of the collective bargaining unit at the Courthouse.
