The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, have a pleasant phone voice, positive attitude, and love working with the public in a high-stress environment.

    You will be accountable for creating files, gathering and organizing files, putting documents into their proper location (digitally or hard files), welcoming clients, answering, screening and forwarding phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, filing, copying, and scanning.

    You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

    Requirements

    · Bilingual

    · Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

    · Hands-on experience with office equipment

    · Professional attitude and appearance

    · Solid written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

    · Excellent organizational skills

    · Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

    · Excellent customer service attitude

    · High school degree

    · Must have transportation

    Opportunity for an increase in hours based upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period.

    • Monday - Friday

    Hours:

    • 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
