The Filing Clerk’s general responsibilities include managing medical billing for patients, updating patient information, generating invoices, processing daily payment deposits, handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, managing incoming correspondence through the lockbox, running patient/insurance credit cards, data entry, scanning, calling insurance companies.
