File Clerk

Location: Boise, ID 83702

Hybrid: M-F 8am-5pm (Monday and Friday remote, after training)

pay: 17-18 per hour

temporary role, possibility of becoming temp to hire

A Technology company that specializes in conveying and material handling systems solutions is seeking a file clerk to join their team immediately. As a file clerk you will be responsible for organizing paper and electronic documents, maintaining an accurate and efficient filing system to ease the process of finding and accessing important documents.

Duties:

· Labeling and updating paper files

· Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations

· Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers' use, such as for reports

· Maintaining supply inventories

· Answering phone calls and emails regarding documentation organization

· Photocopying and sending faxes

· Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail

Requirements:

· 1 year administrative experience

· technical aptitude

· proficient in Microsoft office and word

· must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
