Ohnstad Twichell, one of North Dakota’s oldest and largest law firms, is seeking a full-time File Clerk.
The File Clerk will electronically scan, archive, and process documents, as well as file, record and provide document maintenance. This position will also serve as back-up reception, assist with mail processing, and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Successful candidates will have a high level of attention to detail, accurate keyboarding skills, knowledge of word processing, understanding of office procedures and processes, the ability to professionally communicate in written and verbal form, work as a team member, and multitask in fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with legal documents and terminology is preferred, but not required.
