The File Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Business Office, ensuring all paperwork is appropriately scanned, stored and/or purged.

Responsibilities

• Scan documents as needed ensuring legibility and quality of scanned copy.
• File records away in alphabetical or numerical order.
• Eliminate outdated or unnecessary materials, destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements.
• Retrieve files as necessary.
• Maintain a clean work area, ensure files are accessible and no material in files is lost.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good social and interpersonal skills

Pay: $16 - $18 / hour
