Maintains I-9 files.
Periodically removes confidential terminated employee files by securing proper approval before sending off-site.

Maintains copy machine.
Sort and distribute U.S. mail on a daily basis.
Maintains employee payment information for FSA and HSA on excel spreadsheet for benefits specialist on a weekly basis.
Maintains Commission Database and shared drive. This includes adding new agreements and removing termed agreements.
Print, calculate, copy, and mail termed employees for Life Insurance.
Maintains Incentive Compensation spreadsheet, ensuring current and new employee’s that are awarded commissions have an agreement on file. This includes checking the shared drive, tracking spreadsheet and personnel files.
Works with the benefit department in auditing Blue Cross, Delta Dental, and VSP on a semi monthly basis.
