Being a File Clerk, Sr. may be responsible for performing related clerical duties. May coordinate the work of lower level file clerks. Additionally, File Clerk, Sr. typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The File Clerk, Sr. gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. JOB DUTIES
- Maintain Calendars for all attorneys.
- File pleadings and keep all client matters organized, both electronic and physical formats.
- Must be highly organized and detailed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail, organizing and maintaining calendars for executives
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
