Finance Director directs an organization's financial policies, planning, reporting and controls. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, risk, tax, and treasury. This is a full-time, salary sales position in the auto industry located in Forest City, Iowa. As an individual contributor, the Finance & Insurance Manager will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure timely and efficient transactions while maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Approve and finalize all finance and insurance contracts with customers
- Determine appropriate financing options based on customers' credit and financial profiles
- Work closely with sales team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all vehicle transactions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current dealership incentives, promotions, and finance programs
- Investigate and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to finance and insurance processes
- Follow all state and federal laws and regulations regarding vehicle financing and insurance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance or related fields
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations surrounding vehicle financing and insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
