RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Support the financial landscape, speed, quality, and cost efficiency of business operations through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
-Consolidate Global Security ISC financial results, preparing month-end reporting for Security and the HBT Leadership teams, serving as liaison with HBT ISC BAP, and supporting core FP&A processes including annual operating plan, STRAP, and formal forecast.
-Develop forecasting tools to drive visibility and mitigate risks with a key focus on Volume/Mix forecasting accuracy, Standard Margin erosion, and Working Capital reduction.
-Support key business growth and commercial initiatives across Security.
-Assist HBT ISC business leaders with driving financial performance and designing and implementing financial strategies to achieve committed business performance.
-Develop integrated expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
-Serve as part of a team that creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
-Drive working capital improvement across the sites via robust project pipelines and execution of key activities to reduce inventory.
-Support transition projects of factories/distribution centers, handle the financials, and partner with operations to ensure execution of the project within the allocated budget and deliver savings to the organization.
-Complete annual standard costing activities of manufacturing and distribution operations.
-Manage fixed assets and annual verification process as required by company policy.
-Actively engage in inventory management to optimize inventory levels, including the review of proper physical location within facility, slow moving analysis, and quarterly inactive, obsolete surplus review.
