Ensures applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Additionally, Finance & Insurance Manager may Require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Finance & Insurance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance & Insurance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, customers, and other members of the sales team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in automotive finance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive finance, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of finance and lending principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with financial software and Excel
