Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Finance & Insurance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance & Insurance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Responsibilities - Automotive F&I Manager:- Arrange vehicle financing options for customers, sell aftermarket products, extended warranties and more
- Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index score
Requirements - Automotive F&I Manager:- At least 2 years of Automotive F&I Experience is Required
- Fully versed in auto leasing and special finance
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- High ethical standards
- Professional appearance
