Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance & Insurance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Requirements: Responsible for maintaining finance and inventory management. Responsible for efficient expedition of all floor plan management and any items needed to be done to make sure all finance responsibilities are done correctly.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Quote payments and figure taxes as needed for camper and products sales.
    • Obtain credit information and get approvals.
    • Schedule walk-thru and put on board.
    • Write up PDI work orders and input in computer when deal is completed.
    • Collect deposits on units sold or ordered.
    • Enter deals on computer, collect payments and complete appropriate paperwork.
    • Complete warranty cards and send them to appropriate manufacturers.
    • Prepare loan paperwork and send to finance company. Make sure all loans are funded correctly.
    • Distribute money when the company receives the funding.
    • Send check to Protective and appropriate documents. Do payoffs and trade in paperwork for protective.
    • Cost the deal; add interest, PDI, accessories and add-ons. Give profit sheet to office manager to place on excel.
    • Receive new unit information and input into computer. Log product into stock, make a file folder and new sheet for sales showing inventory.
    • Make price sheets to place inside trailer units.
    • Maintain web-site, keeping units on line updated along with taking pictures, etc.
    • Keep all trailer sheets updated for sales.
    • Reconcile floor plan accounts twice a month to make sure it matches what we are showing.
    • Reconcile “Finance” General Ledger accounts.
    • Help keep office clean and maintain finance office.
    • Put new inventory sheets in Shane’s book.
    • Maintain title work as needed.
    • Keep sales address list.
    • Maintain excel spreadsheets for sales and commissions.
    • Print out commissions for sales and finance.
    • Send out surveys on all campers sold.
    • Prepare gift certificates for new camper sales.
    • Make out deposit request forms for money to be deposited and check requests needed to close out deals.
    • Filing
    • Help out front as necessary
    • Order all financing documents as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent business math skills.
    • Excellent computer skills. Understanding of Motility high preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Ability to successfully interact with customers, co-workers, and management.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • College degree in business, accounting, or finance highly preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.
    • Ability to life up to 20 pounds as necessary.
