Description
As the Finance and Insurance Manager, you are part of the Sales Team as well as the bridge to the Back Office for all related sales deal paperwork. The primary role of this position is to work closely with the sales department to secure approvals for financed deals, prepare the paperwork, and complete the closings for the customer who purchase boats, organize the deal files after the closings including washing the deals within 24 hours of contracting, and ensuring the bank funding within 3 banking days. Additionally, converting cash buyers to finance buyers as well as selling aftermarket ancillary products as a key part of this responsibility.
