Finance & Insurance Manager offers finance or insurance options to clients through established relationships with lenders/providers. Explains offerings and recommends products to meet the needs of the client. Being a Finance & Insurance Manager negotiates contract terms and rates to meet the goals of the organization. Ensures applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Additionally, Finance & Insurance Manager may Require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Finance & Insurance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance & Insurance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Responsibilities
· Contract new business, sell F&I products and close deals
· Generate finance income on all sold customers
· Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
· Contract or collect all money at closing
· Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
· Maintain a working knowledge of leases
· Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
· Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
· Solicit extended warranty sales
Requirements:
2 years Automotive F& I Experience
Excellent track record with financial institutions
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality
Valid Driver's License
- Performance Automotive Group is an EOE.
- Drug and Background checks are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
