We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team!

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-TH 8:30-5 pm, F 8:30-4 pm; Great office hours!

Work Arrangement: In office

License: Property & Casualty License

• An experienced Personal Lines Account Manager
• With the ability to become the customer's trusted advisor
• Committed to Client Success with an eye for detail.
• Excellent ability to multi-task, problem-solve, follow up, and adhere to deadlines.

Some responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely and quality customer service through different means.
• Manage a Personal Book of Business with the team.
• Rate, quote, certify insurance, and make coverage recommendations.
• Service books and identify account rounding opportunities.
